Walker Buehler Aims To Attract Alex Bregman To Boston
Walker Buehler had recently joined the Red Sox and was already attempting to entice Bregman. Buehler and Bregman have shared a long-standing friendship, and Buehler wishes to have Bregman join the squad.
“I have certainly made a pitch all over the place for him to come to Boston. He and I have been buddies for a long time. We played on Team USA together a little bit in college,” Buehler commented via Clutch Points.
The Red Sox are in need of some offensive reinforcement, and Alex Bregman could be an ideal solution. It’s time for Boston to contend for a playoff spot this year; however, without a powerful hitter, it will be a hurdle. Bregman will also complement Rafael Devers well.
